Before we take on your property, a few standard steps are required to ensure all managed properties are in top condition. Here’s what to expect:
We work closely with Local Authorities, partnering with Housing Options teams to provide settled accommodation for vulnerable individuals, families and homeless households.
For all prospective tenants, we will personally accompany them during property viewings.
At Illumene, we handle the day-to-day management of the property, while you, as the owner, remain responsible for structural and external repairs, including the heating system. You’ll also need to ensure the property is free from asbestos and any Category 1 hazards associated with rental accommodation.
We’ll work closely with you to meet all compliance requirements, including obtaining Landlord Gas Safety Records, NICEIC certifications, and ensuring appropriate insurance is in place.
